How do I request a quotation?
Use the enquiry form and select the relevant service. Include your location, scope and any useful drawings or photographs. HBA will review the request and contact you using the details supplied.
Can I send a BOQ or specifications?
Yes. Attach a PDF, XLSX or DOCX file up to 5 MB to the quotation form. If your information spans several files, email info@hbaqatar.com with a clear subject and project reference.
Does submitting a form confirm an order?
No. A submission starts an enquiry. Work or supply is agreed separately through a written quotation and acceptance of its scope and terms.
Will a site visit be needed?
Some requirements can be reviewed from the information supplied; others need an assessment of the property or equipment. The need for a visit and any related arrangements will be discussed with you.
What does an annual maintenance contract cover?
Coverage is tailored to the agreed assets and tasks. The proposal should define visit frequency, included work, reporting, support arrangements and exclusions such as spare parts where applicable.
How can suppliers and subcontractors introduce themselves?
Use the dedicated registration pages to share your business details, product categories or trade specialisms. Registration is an introduction for review and does not guarantee appointment or an order.
